This Black Powder Coated Exhaust tips come with LED lights available in 4 colors, Red, Blue, Green and Yellow. Fits tailpipes 1.5" to 2.5" in diameter. The 20 gauge wire attaches to any 12 volt power supply. Comes with wire, bolts and fasteners. The tips were not made for use underwater, One year manufacterer's warranty against defects.
